כללי
משוב נוזלי (LiquidFeedback (ובקיצור lqfb) היא תוכנה חופשית לעיצוב דעה פוליטית וקבלת החלטות, תוך טשטוש הגבולות בין דמוקרטיה ייצוגית וישירה. התכונה החשובה ביותר שלה היא היישום של מערכת הצבעה המאפשרת למצביעה להעביר את סמכותה לעמיתה ("דמוקרטיה נוזלית"), תכונה שעתידה לייסד צורה חדשה של ייצוג והשתתפות פוליטית, הלוקחת בחשבון את אי-הסימטריה בידע של המשתתפות בהצבעה. בארץ
בארץ קיימת קבוצת עבודה בשם "מפלגה פתוחה" (כאן ניתן לעיין ברשימת התפוצה שלה). לפי דיווחו של אלון, חבר בקבוצה, הקבוצה הקדישה את משאביה לתרגום ממשק המשתמש לשפה העברית. בתרגום זה נעשה שימוש גם בהתקנת משוב נוזלי של מפלגת העם.
הרשמה למערכת
בקרוב יושק מנגנון רישום מבוסס אקטיביזם. כרגע הרישום הוא ידני. יש לפנות עם שם מלא והפעילות המפלגתית בה השתתפת בשבוע האחרון לכתובת info@barochoren.com והרישום יבוצע תוך מספר שעות.

יש להכנס ליחידה "mifleget haam" ובתוכה לאיזור הבדיקות:
כניסה ראשונית למערכת
בכניסה ראשונית למערכת עליך להזין את קוד הכניסה. תועברי למסך שבו יש לאשר את תנאי השימוש (לסמן X) ולמלא כתובת מייל וסיסמה.
לאחר מכן תוכלו להכנס למערכת באמצעות שם המשתמש שלכם וסיסמה. יופיע המסך הבא:

איך להסמיך איש:ה אחר:ת להצביע בשמי בנושא מסויים?
ישנן שלוש רמות הסמכה:
- הסמכה /ייפוי כח מלא בכלל הנושאים.
- הסמכה/ייפוי כח באיזור עניין מסויים.
- הסמכה/ייפוי כח בנושא ספציפי.
הסמכה ניתן לעשות רק למי שנמצאת ברשימת אנשות הקשר שלך.
להוספת איש:ה לרשימת אנשות הקשר שלך, יש להקליק "חיפוש" "search" ולרשום את שמו:ה. יש להקליק על שמו/ה בתוצאות החיפוש ואז להקליק "הוספה לאנשי הקשר שלי" "add to my contacts"
את ההסמכה עצמה מבצעים לפי רמת ההסמכה:
- הסמכה כללית, עושים מדף הרמה הארגונית הרלוונטית.
- הסמכה לאיזור עניין מסויים, בדף איזור העניין המסויים.
- הסמכה לנושא הספציפי, בדף הנושא הספציפי.
ביטול הסמכה מבוצע בדיוק באותו מקום בו מבוצעת ההסמכה.
הוספת נושא לדיון
משתמשות רשומות למערכת, להן זכויות הצבעה ביחידה ארגונית, יכולות להוסיף נושאים לדיון באיזורי עניין של אותה יחידה ארגונית. לצורך כך עליהן להיות משתתפות באיזור העניין.
- יש להכנס ליחידה ארגונית בה יש לך זכויות הצבעה.
- יש לבחור את איזור העניין הרלוונטי.
- במידה ואינך רשומה עדיין כמשתתפת באיזור עניין זה, עליך להקליק על "השתתפי באיזור עניין זה" " participate in this area"
- יש להקליק על "צרי נושא חדש" "create new issue"
- יש להזין את השדות הבאים:

מדיניות הצבעה
ישנם משתנים רבים המשפיעים על תהליך ההצבעה. ננתח כאן חלק מהם.
רק מנהלות מערכת יכולות ליצור מדיניות הצבעה חדשה או לשנות את המאפיינים של מדיניות הצבעה קיימת.
